5Dana Incorporated is a great company in the automotive industry that works with supplying axles, driveshafts, and other drive train parts to many different OEM companies in the world. Some of these companies include Chrysler, Jeep, Ford, Toyota, and Nissan. As a previous employee of Dana, I was introduced to many different testing applications for the Dana products. The environment was very friendly and helpful colleagues as well. This company helped me grow as a mechanical engineer and I would recommend the company and position to any student who is looking for experience with the automotive industry.

4.4For the full year of employment working as a co-op I had received tremendous guidance and feedback that allowed me to grow genuinely as an engineer. The management group was very level-headed and persistent in rough spells, and everyone managed to feel like a team. Overall, I know the company will prosper and I look forward to being part of another team someday that is as communal as that.
