"I've worked for the Dallas Arboretum for 2 years they have an excellent work environment but the pay is low and you barely get any work hours. The supervisor is really nice and cool and you get to enjoy some of the facilities events they host."
"My time at the Arboretum has been a learning experience. However, the process has not been positive. I am a manager with a team that meets numbers and goals consistently. We have a change in some of the team members and it has a negative effect on the company. I am a cheerleader type of manager, I love positive reinforcement and the environment is negative.
