"I find Daikin to be a good place to work for the money. But overall they have some problems with certain employees that will hunt some people. Best way to get by is to keep your head low and don't say much. Just work your 12 hours and leave. Fellow operators are pretty cool though. I always had a good time working with them."

"Company has closed their manufacturing plant. They do have an aftermarket division open and for that I would say to have a good attitude and be a team player."

"I would get frustrated with the communication to the Japaneese associates at times when we didn't understand each other."

"To listen to employees suggestions more and look into the future, not just concentrate on the present."
