"Great company except for their strict emphasis on hiring from within before hiring outside. I was the first outside IT professional ever hired. I was disappointed at the credentials found in the IT department which was the direct result of hiring tellers into the IT department because it was their career desire. Though they run a great company, they lack IT experience and proficiency. It was a great team but I felt out of place and over qualified/under paid there."
