"I am the owner of D L Hausman CPA which I started in 1981. I believe that my employees are a valuable asset and can provide positive and negative feed back that helps my organization. My clients stay with me because I listen to them, provide good service and communicate when issue arise. My employees usually remained employed for 10 years. They sometime left because they wanted more free time during tax and year end session or because larger firms could offer better benefits. A major of my clients left on good terms and up to 5 years ago I still communicated with them. Today I still do communicate with several of my company clients which are still in business. Most of have sold and retired."
