"In some cases with respect to those who have good positive working attitude, I don't like work with lazy people , it means people wasting there time for nothing rather than to make themselves productive in all areas of work , people who did not understand the how is time very important to finish or accomplish certain jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management aspects of managing workers in the distribution center is very good in such a way that they provide necessary suport to the employees, besides one thing may I suggest is management also may look and acknowledge who is realy working hard rather tahn to look some people who they always see and talk for almost time in everyday which those people are not performing their job properly instead making job longer.Also management should improve the HSE for the entire facilities"
