What don't you like about working at D&E Machining?

"It is a job shop that depends on contracts. The problem is that they hire operators and can't keep them because they can't pay competitive wages. Inexperienced operators have helped them lose some contracts due to simple errors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A more competitive wage and better benefits will keep an experienced operator."
