"I did not agree to relocate to Dallas, Texas because it bring the huge cost increase in terms of in-transit inventory and transportation cost, etc. but they relocated and now their operations in Dallas has been shrinking tremendously."

"Shorten the lead-time, decrease the inventory level, RE inventory control connecting with data base, etc."

Opportunities like these are 1 in a million and I am so thankful that I was chosen to become a vital part of Cypress Communications, Inc. Not only were the employees that you worked with on a day-to-day basis enjoyable, everyone was so very helpful during the initial ramp for acquiring the IT information necessary to fulfill your job duties. The compensation was excellent for the big city and the ability to work independently was fostered within a team-oriented environment. HR was top notch and pivotal in assisting the employee with career growth always wanting to know how you really felt you were doing on the job. You can not ask for a better VoIP and Unified Communications experience for tech savvy individuals looking to enhance his or her knowledge base for long-term career growth. "1. Be yourself. The company, in my opinion, values a given perspective employee's uniqueness that will add to your ability to possibly be placed within the right role. 2. Be honest. Nothing is better than honesty in the workplace and Cypress Communications, Inc. values this virtue. 3. Be thankful. Show respect for those who teach you no matter what you will learn (and there is always something new to learn each day!) and treat other employees with true grace. This worked well for me and I know it will work well for you!"
