"Be yourself, be honest, know something about something (please!). All IT experience is good."
What don't you like about working at Exelis?
"As the contract matured there were fewer and fewer opportunities to do and learn new things, and the job itself eventually became very repetitive, tedious, boring, and gave no opportunity to use imagination or creative thinking (which I really need)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A less surly, combative, and authoritarian approach would probably retain good employees better."
