"If you value your sanity-- stay away!"

What do you like about working at CX Act?

"I liked most of my co-workers. Unfortunately, it was middle and upper-level management that were the major issues. This is not a company that cares about MORALE. There is no team-building, no genuine interest in whether you are getting all the resources and support you need as an employee to do the best work you can. It is what it is."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are fresh out of school or you are re-entering the work field this may not be the place. And if you value your personal life, and not just work, this is not the place for you. Arlington is not a cheap city to live in, and employers often underpay junior analysts in this region. make sure you research cost of living before accepting an offer from anywhere in Arlington/DC."

What don't you like about working at CX Act?

"As I mentioned, this company does not value PEOPLE. I am not sure if that is what comes with the territory when working at a smaller company...I think the management needs serious training in communication and other aspects of managing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take AMA training courses...learn how to manage people, not just work."
