"I probably want to say the people; work done on time and respect time schedule."

"CVS is the worst company I have ever worked for. Working at McDonalds was better than working here honestly. The pay is nowhere near worth what they have you do. My typical work days consists of dealing with RUDE customers, running register, scanning damages, putting returns away, the photo machine, stocking, tearing/putting up tags, vacuuming, facing, dealing with bitchy managers that don't help with anything, and trying to help customers on the sales floor. Getting paid 8.50. What a joke."

What do you like about working at CVS?

"The customers were the only pick me up for me. They would come in all smiles some days and then some they just seemed a bit off . Yet that's what made me happy there. The customers made it a little different."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont let the other employees or even the manager boss you around, best is if you stay quiet and work, no drama will peruse."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"The manager was always screaming at us or she would do half her time at work and make one of the employees take her shift while she would go home cause she felt like it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would look at getting the store out of its chaos and mess and start by getting things organized. Making sure the other employees were content and were doing their job right."

What do you like about working at CVS?

"CVS teaches you how to multi, multi, multI task like a madman."

"As long as you agree to work a ton of hours with no opportunity for advancement, minimum wage, and ridiculous rules, you are good to go."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"I dislike that you do all the work by yourself then get downgraded by the pharmacy staff because they think they are so much better even though they make the same as me. Although their job is waaaaaaay easier."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management, please hire some more people to work! Having four people that are supposed to be PART TIME workers fill 250 hours is ridiculous. Oh...move some of the pharmacy staff up front. It doesn't take 10 people to do their job....and it takes a hell of a lot more than one to do mine."

"Remember that service and respect for the customer is your #1 priority."

"I hated getting treated like a complete moron by people who can barely tie their own shoes."

"Solve the source of the problem, not the symptom. Doing so will not only increase profits but productivity of every employee as well."

"Honestly, I am more of a follower than a leader because I can listen and take directions well."
