"I worked at CVPartners for a year and a half and I would say I loved every bit of it. My manager was one of the strongest leaders I've had and I was surrounded by fun and helpful teammates. I really felt like part of a family here. The starting compensation wasn't as high as other recruiting firms that I've heard of but you truly build your own book of business and there were people in their late 20's/early 30's that were probably earning upwards of $150k-200k. I think the biggest qualm people had was that the Addison Group culture was starting to set in which was tarnishing the boutique-sized company culture, so I'm not sure how it is now, but I really enjoyed working there."
