"I’ve worked for CVG for multiple years. The environment is very inviting. There are plenty of resources to use to get your job done and they are pretty good at filling a need when additional resources are needed. The one thing I felt is there isn’t much room to climb up the corporate ladder. I have been in the same position since I started."
