"Insurance was ok if you only needed major medical, they were flexable with hours for personal reasons and was great for while I was in college."

What do you like about working at Wincraft?

"It was flexable with my hours so I could attend late classes and still get at least 40 hours in, the pay was decent for a factory in this area and I really liked my coworkers and boss."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get ready to get full of ink and grease, and know your colors for sports teams!"

What don't you like about working at Wincraft?

"Politics, but where do you not run into that It was also not my cup of tea as I like to be outdoors and operation of the machines kept me inside."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep up with the improvements in safety and also for the suggestions made by employees."
