"The company thought of its employees as dispensable. There was no room for error."

"Think of the employees as someone to invest in and not something that can be thrown away."

"The time I spent with American Red Cross was very rewarding."

"Because I was part time and that was the only positions available, this would be the only thing I did not like about the company, that I was not full time."
