What do you like about working at Ensenda?

"Autonomy, people listened to my ideas and the customer feedback I shared. The training aspect was my favorite."

What don't you like about working at Ensenda?

"I was not given much relief in workload and felt like I could do so much more in a slightly different capacity. It wasn;t that I did not like it...I loved (and still love) Ensenda. Awesome company. I would go back in a heartbeat if they asked and if they had a position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Encourage honest feedback in how service to customers and the product can be enhanced. Hopefully the team realizes they all have a stake in the success."
