"Have good backgroung knowlage of the healthcars system. Be up to date with what is goin on in the world with Healthcare"

What don't you like about working at Aetna?

"The they sold the company to Atena and the company changes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"none I felt that management was fair and listen to us."

"I like the ability with my job to use training skills and helping teach others despite controlling attempts."

"Be very careful; pay is not based on skills and is a very controlled environment; if you want freedom to utilize skills forget it; they are very structured and either you accept or will be let go."

What don't you like about working at Spectrum?

"Management, especially customer service director, was ruthless in leadership and had no business in their position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Think more modern and restructure customer service department and get rid of management there"

"It was close to home and the benefits were good."

"I cannot recommend anyone to interview at Guardian Glass Network."

What don't you like about working at Guardian Industries?

"The company was fine, but the General Manager was not qualified to manage people. Her people and management skills were below any I've known and created a tyranny and horrible atmosphere. No strong morale or loyalty."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove the cancer from your company instead of ignoring it."

"The environment is old fashioned. There is no the technology and the pay sucks. There is no support to be successful and is a dead end."

"I would create an environment with more teamwork than competition. I would upgrade all the computer and admin systems."
