"REI gives customer service staff a lot of ways to say "Yes" to a customer. I always felt like I had a lot of options to offer a dissatisfied customer. There are excellent tools and resources available to find information, track down orders, and resolve discrepancies. Only thing I did not like about working CS was standing on my feet all day."
