"I love being able to translate a customer's idea into something real. In most cases changes need to be made to the design in order to achieve the function and purpose the project was made for. My skills are that not only can I translate an idea into reality, but also explain this into an understood format that every customer can understand. My challenge is that in my small town there is not a high need or understanding for multimedia so I need to make sure to take my time to inform the client on what I am doing."
"While this job was very rewarding at the time, it was not challenging me nor did it allow for me to fully utilize my skill set as a programmer and web developer. This was an interim job while I was building my company."
"I love everything about the job, especially helping people and making them satisfied. I love exceeding my goals. I feel great satisfaction selling products and educating my customer. I've been told by many customers they they like the way I address and treat them. I have helped with retention of products with the knowledge I have gained from the company."
"I love the fact that I was doing something on my spare time, I assisted customers with their buying experience and operated the cash registers. I wasn't a fan of the organization of the store, everything was kind of out of place and it made it hard to find things, especially in the Copy and Print center."
"REI gives customer service staff a lot of ways to say "Yes" to a customer. I always felt like I had a lot of options to offer a dissatisfied customer. There are excellent tools and resources available to find information, track down orders, and resolve discrepancies. Only thing I did not like about working CS was standing on my feet all day."
"There is a challenge in the day-to-day operations, but opportunities for growth becomes a challenge by itself."
"I love the variety and multi-tasking the job entailed, and having a project that was my responsibility from start to finish was a pleasure making the customer happy and gaining a relationship with the customer, vendors and sales reps."
"Working with the customers is by far the best experience of the day right next to solving their problems. The ever changing nature of each customer leads to a new experience. However employee interactions were lacking and a large amount of misunderstanding occurred in the lack of communication."
"What I love about being a customer service specialist is the fact that I am here to resolve somebody else's issues and I do my best. Customer service specialist is not easy because there are too many kinds of people and there will be always the customer that will be waiting to insult and tread without any kind of respect to the agent that is trying to help."
"I served as a team associate who specialized in various business facets such as customer relations and inventory management. This was quite rewarding because I was directly serving as the middleman between the product and consumer."
"I loved my job and helping the customers I worked with. They were good at letting me know they could always depend on me to get them a fast answer or rush job taken care of."
"I love my industry because I get to connect with people and most of the time help them.I hate it because sometimes people aren't always so nice and respectful."
"My favorite part of my job is making customers smile and making sure that they are getting the best experience possible."
