What do you like about working at Kohl's?
"Kohl's allows the workers to take care of the customer, which gives me great satisfaction. They offer great benefits to part-time employees, which most companies do not."

"Kohl's main goal is to have customers leave happy and return with their friends. Be sure to cover their basics - greet customer, request credit, explain email and survey."
What don't you like about working at Kohl's?
"Upper management does not allow adequate staffing to run the store efficiently. The lack of hours translates to poor customer service and frustrated employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I understand the concept of business is to make money, but do not cut so many corners that customer service is affected, as well as employee morale."

"I didnt like when we had to to switch sales scrips."

"the management was good no complanits at all, they could of offer us commison and the manger could train their own new employee."

"The Bilingual Division was taken to Mexico. I love working in Spanish as well as English."

"Management is invasive and abusive. Management is strangely incompetent when it comes to learning the different parts of the store."
