"It's a fast pace working enviroment, and customer satisfaction is top priority. Be very professional."

What don't you like about working at American Express?

"The Bilingual Division was taken to Mexico. I love working in Spanish as well as English."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To encourage and motivate the employees so that they can win the J D Powers and Associates for 6 years in a row."

"All the stupid changes that the new management is making. Some thing are just stupid. Yet they think they know it all and make changes form their high and might throne."
