Submit a Review"I loved the opportunity I was given to move into the role of Marketing and Customer Care Manager. I had worked Customer Care Manager for the last eight years, adding the Marketing element was very challenging because it was a new road that our company had never traveled. Some Senior Management and outside consultants never could see the relevance of marketing in our business but I feel it was greatly needed. We provided education for our customers and for young children in 4H and FFA."

"It was difficult to progress in my department due to limited opportunities."

"I was extremely happy with my direct management team. I have no suggestions."

"Great vision, took care of people, great systems and teamwork"

"The company has been bought by Pulte Homes and so I do not know what it is like now."
What don't you like about working at Centex?
"Very large company and sometimes it loses focus on the basics"

"The company should of never sold to Pulte Homes as it was good the way it was."
