"It is the only job I was able to talk on the phone, play on computer, and watch TV all at the same time."

"Just be your self, know basic math, and be prepared to be there for hours!"

"The call center is too big. My excellence in specific areas, often went unnoticed. - I received 6 cheers and they were handed back to me with out being hung with the rest."

"Shift leaders need to provide feedback to CAE at time of listening, not pass off to higher-ups."
