"I had worked for Custom Building Product for over two years, the company manufactures the best setting material, levelers and moister control products in the industry, our products bring a solution to our clients and eventually the customer . we have 16 planets in the united state and we are based in California. I sell the solution to the problem, not the product that way price is not an issue the majority of the time. I'm getting lay off to do the COVID-19 and I was the most junior member of the team with two and a half years in the job. product is sold directly to contractors, distributors, and Home Depot. if you ever need material to install floors look for this product o better yet go to the Medly plant ask for Hector and he will give you a tour. these team will be miss"

"The fact that there is not much room for moving up and elevating within the company and pay."

"I am a very task oriented employee who takes the initiative to complete assignments without being asked ofr them. So micromanagement is not necessary. Nevertheless, management is the boss and can do as they please."
