"Have a back up plan."

What don't you like about working at Curtis 1000?

"Commercial print and Direct Marketing took a huge hit in 2009 so I don't know that the company addressed the situation as best they could, other than letting employees go."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing anymore."

"No- I beleive Curtis 1000 has quit making this large of changes and are still trying to re-establish their business."

What don't you like about working at Curtis 1000?

"Poor discussion making by corporate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They closed 18 production facilities in less then a years time and consolidated all the work to 6 new locations. They lost more employees and customers in the next 2 years than most companies will see in thier life time."
