"I have worked for Cincinnati State for the past 8 months and I would not recommend any new professionals to seek employment here. Unfortunately the college has suffered a 25% student deficit in the past two years and the college hasn't had the registered 70,000 credit hours needed to balance the books in a long time. What has happened now, Cincinnati State runs on a skeleton staff, professional Offices like International Student Department have no professionals over-seeing them. Veteran Services has one professional and the office's hours are inconsistent. The largest issues is the overall mentality of staff, the college doesn't believe in evolving with their clientele or acknowledging that then tenure faculty are archaic and non-student supportive."
"A decent place for an adjunct who understands what it means to be an adjunct"
