CSM Sport & Entertainment Employee

"You'll work with a stellar group of marketing professionals who aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up to get the job done. However, the CEO and senior level management pick favorites and promote those individuals when others in the company work just as hard, if not harder, and see a meager annual bonus (at most). Be prepared to work 80+ hour weeks with little to no breaks in between projects as the People and Talent team is incapable of accurately assigning projects to employees based on their current workload. Burn out rate is incredibly high due to long hours and little pay."
