"In my brief time at CSA Group (6 months) there have been two restructures. The latest restructure was significant and left several employees laid off and myself moved into a different sales role than I was hired for. At the present time we do not have written or formally defined roles in our new positions. Despite being promised several times, we still do not have our new compensation plans either and have been withheld commissions for the time being. The more concerning part of all of this is the management has been clear to explain that this all in not connected to the current state of the economy, or Covid challenges, but rather was a planned restruction, which for whatever reason does not seemed to have actually been planned out at all. We have been patiently waiting for information on our new jobs which were expected to change over night, and it has been 7 weeks and we still do not have any more answers. This is why I am now starting to look for other opportunities."
