"I have worked with CrystalMediaNetworks since June 2012. The company has a very conservative culture. The CEO/Founder is financially savvy and ethical in his approach. He takes good care of his employees and most of the senior management has been with the company for almost 10 years. Overall the company is not a technology company and is trying to move into that direction. It provides a good environment for non-technology folks."
