"The location was the best part of the job. Very pretty. The product is cheap and sold everywhere so you know where your work is going. There is an extreme amount of OT which is good for the wallet. I am very happy to have left this company."

"Make sure that you are willing to work any hours, and any position regardless of what is being said in the interview. This company is very reactionary and will place people to the needs of the company vice the employees needs, talents, expertise or job title."
What don't you like about working at Crystal Geyser Water?
"Very little forward thinking which makes it reactionary. Thinks makes projects impossible to plan. There is a great deal of favortism and unconsistent treatment of the employees. This starts with the top to the supervisors."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communicate and be honest with yourselves, your staff, your vendors, and your customers. Seek out better leadership in management and the retention rate will go up. People need solid trusted leaders."
