"I did not like the constant deployments and the frequent moving."

"Try to be less rigid when dealing with workers overseas that have been separated from their families for long periods."

"Lots of new challenges, high turnover means I meet lots of interesting people"

"Pick your rate, pick your fate. The CT jobs are ok for advancement but everything else is locked up tight."

"Constant flip flopping work schedule means I haven't had a good night's sleep in over a year!"

"Ditch the rotating schedule, open the window blinds, fix the cafeteria."

"New constraints coming from national level have halted any chance for advancement."

"Stay away from the rat race, when someone gets caught up in trying to check the boxes for the next rank, their people suffer."
