"late shipments, last minute add on purchase orders ( after trucks have been routed and partially loaded. This often required either rerouting the truck, or partially unloading then reloading after late P.O order is filled)"

"Institute time deadline polices for late orders. Keep the customers happy by all means, however, hold them to accountability to comply with purchasing quidelines."
