"The company isn't a bad company but the people running the Tampa branch are not there for you. They are there to advance what they want and need. Once they have that their behavior towards you changes overnight because the need is gone. But once they need you again they prop you up to make you feel special."

"I worked at Crown for approximately 3 years. I have been a tool and die maker for 30 years in different factories. This is the only job I ever quit without having another job lined up waiting on me. This is the most horrible place I have ever worked. Management wants all the employees to be mindless drones. You are treated like learning disabled 6 year-olds. The pay was fair but did not make up for the rest of the awfulness. Employees are micro managed to such a degree that they cannot take any pride in their job. You are just supposed to be another one of Crown's machines. I got excellent reviews while I was there so this isn't about a disgruntled employee who got fired. Unless you are living under a bridge or something, NEVER accept employment from these arrogant people!!!"

"Worked at Crown since 2014. I enjoy making my own schedule and the freedom to work at my own pace. Compensation is more than fair plus a company vehicle is provided. If you are a mechanic I would highly recommend this job. Much more satisfying than auto mechanic jobs."
