"A lot of traveling and working 14Hrs days that the only thing I can think of at this time."

"all was follow-up and never make promise that you want keep"

"I have really good co-workers and a good supervisor and director."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I feel transportation is a means to an end. It is not a great career. Good for high school and college students. Not so much for a 26 yr old looking to get married and eventually raise a family."

What don't you like about working at Crothall?

"I dont feel challenged with the work I do. I am bound to a pager. I am always going from task to same task everyday. I don't feel like I have much freedom or control. The company is constantly concerned with our numbers. I much prefer jobs or tasks where you actually see the fruits of your labor. Where you actually see some results. Not just numbers and percentages. I don't really feel like my job is that important overall. I also don't feel that people take me very seriously sometimes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would give fair wages to the employees. I feel like the work we do is easily worth $10.00 hr. The department is constantly on the go. I feel like there are many other departments that make a whole lot more money than we do yet aren't near as busy. Not to mention the state of the economy. It's extremely difficult to live out on your own making $8.50 hr. It would be nice to have affordable medical insurance as well. Also, the company is always so concerned with numbers. It's hard to please the company and still give the patients proper attention/care/compassion."

"I enjoy the work I do. It makes me feel important. I also like my bosses."

"It's a great, nationally recognized company and if you're willing to relocate, perhaps several times, you can really move up quickly."

What don't you like about working at Crothall?

"I don't like the raise structure at all. No matter how good a job I do, I can't make the money I feel like I deserve in my current position."

"I think if they are going to keep their all-stars around, they need to offer higher compensation packages."

"Large scale operation. UCH has over 1.8 million cleanable square feet."

"Be prepared with history and knowledge of the company and their mission."

"Leaders were lacadaisical at times, and didnt always want to make needed changes quickly"

"Never let things fall into a bad routine. Make needed changes before issues occur."
