"Management trusts their employees to do what needs to be done. All the benefits are paid by the employer, so it doesn't cut into the paycheck."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"(This is specific to the logic analyst position, the only position I have experience with.) The interview process will test your ability to identify ambiguities and to model logic. I knew some people were hesitant to apply thinking this job required tech experience - but that is not the case - if you can understand basic deductive logic, can operate a computer and differentiate cause from effect - you should do fine - if not, you probably wouldn't enjoy the work anyway."

What don't you like about working at Critical Logic?

"It's too bad that not every day can be bagel day!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I've had suggestions before - but I suggested them when they came up and they were addressed - so there's nothing more to add here."
