"Cricket was an amazing place to be employed; I never woke up dreading going to work."
What do you like about working at Cricket Communications?
"I worked in the IT department. The VP was so organized and focused on our goals and tasks, and it was rare, if ever, that deadlines weren't met. He was an exceptional leader. Everyone I worked with was great, the compensation was good, and I felt that growth opportunities arose rather frequently within the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I don't have tips to help you get the job, but I highly recommend you be willing to go above and beyond the job description. It's worth the effort."
What don't you like about working at Cricket Communications?
"There wasn't anything specific about the job itself that I disliked. One of my managers was a little high-strung and disorganized, but was very good promoting teamwork. When my temp-to-hire came to the hire portion, I was not hired based on an error and technicality that I feel could have been fixed, but policy is policy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Based on my personal experience within the company, I was vry pleased with management. One manager was, perhaps, a bit unreasonable in timelines, but somehow with overtime we were able to meet them. I feel that depending on urgency, money and sanity could have been saved with a somewhat more reasonable timeline."
