"Being a crew leader is difficult because you are responsible to turn in the job the way is supposed to be done, but is something that I can do and that I like."
"I get to protect my nation and loved ones all while picking up a neat and interesting trade. I get to get hands on and learn things about planes that most people never do."
"I love figuring out what no one else can and I hate having a crew or workers waiting for lay out when we (my crew and I ) have not been told they are waiting on us so they can get to work. I prefer to be ahead of anyone coming behind me."

"My coworkers, the location, and my bosses, seems like they are never in sync."

"Take as much out of them as they plan to take from you."

"I do not like how drill weekends typically fall on days that I have work."

"I suggest a better mentoring program be put in place for junior soldiers."
