Account Executive

"This agency is fantastic for job career enhancement, pay, and overall fun atmosphere. They have paid for my insurance, education and always give the employees paid hours off before holidays, an extra bonus day and outside the box experiences like bowling days or movie days. We get 75% Of our health and our dependents' health paid by the agency. The office is very nice and professional and the agents are friendly. The partners are very family oriented with yearly bonuses and a small birthday gift every year. In addition we have great customer and carrier relationships and I am extremely proud to be part of a business that gives back so much to the community."

The agencies benefits are very well for the Tucson market and the agency is very focused on helping non profits. It is nice to work at a place where everyone helps each other. The organization really focused on promoting and recruiting new people to the business. It is refreshing to work for an organization where people have a smile on their face."
