"Associated Bank is headquartered in Green Bay, WI so staff not located in the headquarters are not allowed to participate in bank decisions"

"My responsibilities covered the entire region of commercial banking so I was involved in training and management of a lot of different types of lending and staff"

"I would like to participate in management decisions about how to manage credit, loan operations and other aspects of lending."

"Learning a new industry and applying my skill set to bring about improvements and changes."
What don't you like about working at Proliance International?
"The lack of financing for the company led to a very difficult work environment that involved constant cost cutting and layoffs. Employee morale was poor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"unfortunately, management at Proliance filed for Chapter 11 in July '09. The company is undergoing a management change and the new team is looking toimplement new financing. This was my chief reccommendation, however, with the meltdown in the credit markets in early 2009, they were unable to secure adequate financing"
What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I liked the budget reduction and planning. It made them smile once they had seen the plan and presentation.They trust me and I was able to offer them all products and was excellent in building customer relations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest production knowledge and knowing how the production is going to benefit the customer. They have to feel like you have their best interest at heart."

"I dislike suing customers and having to appear at court."
