"At first it was cool because you work with a lot of young people, but it's really hard to make any money at this place. I would recommend it to someone with no other options."

"It doesn't pay well, incentives are tough to reach, you have to drink the Kool-Aid, and the products they offer come with an unreasonable interest rate."

"Spend more time training employees better sales tactics. Pay a higher base and you'll get people to stick around longer."
