What do you like about working at Community Bank?
"The job was very challanging and important. My supervisor (Chief Credit Officer) was one of the best bosses I have ever had."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Potential candidates need to bring samples of their work from prior jobs and excel spread models."
What don't you like about working at Community Bank?
"The fact that there was little chance for advancement within the bank due to it's size."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should create programs for advancement of employees as well as goals needed to achieve goals."
What do you like about working at Aditya Birla Group?
"Nothing much. Very few of my colleagues are nice to interact with. Most of the others are 'followers' and want to grow 'somehow', quality, skill and experience be damned! The process I work for and the people in the US that I interact with are the plus points."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Please do not join here. The environment is very frustrating and the people who get promoted as seniors as given the role not based on true merits but on their ability to talk their way out of issues. Is that a good standard"
What don't you like about working at Aditya Birla Group?
"The process is very, very badly managed. The main person in charge is a cheap minded, baseless person. He happens to have a good degree but has zero people and management skills. The 'risk' managers do not have thorough knowledge of the process. This is a drawback since they do not understand the systems which will help the employees while discussing issues. This is just a few of the many drawbacks. I do not wish to talk further about it, it is really depressing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please quit and be replaced by competent people who are interested in the process itself rather than earning money and being thought of as the best. Thorugh sincere efforts the title will come easily..."
What don't you like about working at Federal-Mogul?
"The work is not challenging enough. I am not using my bachelor's degree earned in finance."

"During the 90's was a great place to work. During the 10's worst place to work."
What do you like about working at Fujifilm?
"I started out at a temp and then got offered a full time position. So I knew they liked me and the job I did. FujI was close to my house."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management I had is no longer with Fuji. The company closed this office and moved all the credit department to headquarters."

"It is an execellent company to work for and be sure to research your workload."

"I would like to see management develop a more detailed training course for new employees."

"I didn't like the salary"
