"Unfair treatment to employees. Management obviously favors the studios who gets the most client acquisitions and forget those who have lower. I work in one of the less performing studios and we definitely feel the discrimination. We don't have enough office supplies, we receive little support and the management team assigned to us are rude and unprofessional."
