"A change of venue would be optimal. Some structure and better work flow."

"I enjoy being the only person at my company capable of doing my job and that I work in the fun department where things are a little more relaxed."

"I wouldn't recommend working there anymore, things have fallen apart and it's likely that the company will implode or be sold off before long."

"Lack of support or understanding of what my job entails, the amount of time it takes or the fact that it isn't always a fun job just because it's graphic design."

"Consider that the people in charge making the decisions are more responsible for the state of the company than engineers or people in marketing and start making changes from the top instead of the bottom."

"Make sure you love Disney and don't mind being disregarded at every turn."
What don't you like about working at Walt Disney Studios?
"Too corporate. They didn't like it when an employee thought outside the box. They weren't interested in hearing it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow their employees to think out of the box. Even though they pay people to do that, perhaps someone can come up with an even better idea than the people who are paid to do so, if given half a chance - you never know."
