"Love the different worksites, challenges, but sometimes hate the heat. It gets hot in the ceiling where cranes are. Also am not a fan of the political BS of the mediocre games that are played by the admin and management, at least that is what I experienced at the Konecranes Richmond branch."

What do you like about working at Nucor?

"Great money with a team atmosphere that is not real. The site is carnivorous with every lead trying to find the next guy making a mistake"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"be honest, don't bs the supervisors, if you are not willing to keep your mouth closed and get along you are just looking for a headache"

What don't you like about working at Nucor?

"awful schedule, arrogant atmosphere, injury rate is awful, nsmem is not really nucor it is something but not nucor"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"arrogance is not appealing, fire each supervisor and start over, the supervisors are responsible for the failures and you are ending up with a group of mediocre tm's doing the work and supervisors who just want to get along"

"Beware of misleading hopes"

What don't you like about working at Konecranes?

"Lack of personnel loyalty by management- No trust, it is easier to blame technicians by management, rather than verify true reason of Customer Complaints. Often the unwillingness to pay for repairs rendered, or the customer desire not to lock out unsafe equipment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Trust your men, rather than seek a reason to validate your beliefs."
