"FIRST, DO NOT PAY THE $2,500 FOR THE TRAINING AS AN AGENT WITH ENGLAND -- BELIEVE ME IT IS WORTHLESS ! ! ! !IF YOU DECIDE TO GO THROUGH A COMPANY'S TRAINING, FIRST ASK TO SPEAK WITH A PREVIOUS STUDENT, BUT WITH A STUDENT THAT HAS BEEN WORKING AS AN AGENT FOR 6 TO 9 MONTHS. THEN, AND ONLY THEN, WILL YOU BE ABLE TO GET THE REAL TRUTH AND REALITY OF HOW THE TRAINING WAS AND THE REAL REALITY OF WHAT IT IS LIKE DEALING WITH ENGLAND AND WORKING AS A FREIGHT AGENT! What don't you like about working at C.R. England?

"My entire experience working with England Logistics/CR England was a NIGHTMARE! First of all, the training was done by a truck driver, with absolutely no experience as a freight agent! Second, during the entire week of training, it was nothing more than false representations of what it was actually going to be in the real and actual life of a freight agent! ALSO, My total sales would have probably been close to $100,000 per month or more, had it not been for the riduculously overexaggerated high rates quoted for using CR England's vehicles! My clients practically laughed at my face each and every time I would present them with the rates for transporting the freight! 99% of the time I never heard back from the client after giving them the rate quotes for the freight. I had one client send me the following message: England's rates are 80% higher in the longer haul lanes & 100-500% high in the short haul lanes. The class instructor told us in class that England would be there for us 100% because we want you to succeed. Each and every time I requested help it was like pulling teeth! They tell you that England has reasonable and competitive prices. This is completely false. Several of my colleagues were constantly losing clients because of the ridiculously high rates for moving freight through England! I honestly feel that I was defrauded by CR England / England Logistics because of their statements during the entire week of instruction which were nothing more than completely false statements. We were not told the truth and reality of the freight business. I worked on a client for one whole month in trying to get freight as low as $.85 per mile, which is nothing. The only thing available out there is cheap freight! None of the truck drivers want to move freight for .85 cents per mile! Unless you are actually selling freight for an asset-based company, you will never succeed. The large companies that I contacted only wanted to have freight moved by the asset-based side of England and wanted nothing to do with the Logistics-side of England! One of my colleagues was in the middle of negotiations with a huge contract with a government agency and the contract was lost because of the company dropped the ball. Also, another college of mine was in the middle of attempting to obtain a large client that would have been very profitable. He was never able to complete the transaction in waiting for important information from England. He was later contacted by Management to not pursue that client. A few days later after being ordered to stop pursuing this client, the company name was added to England's database."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"HIRE AN INSTRUCTOR THAT HAS EXPERIENCE AS A FREIGHT AGENT OR SELLING FREIGHT! STOP MAKING FALSE REPRESENTATIONS to the students! Tell the students the truth! Tell them the reality that only 1 out of 50 students succeed. The only one that will 'WIN' from the whole thing is England. England gets 50 students that advertise for England and put the name out there -- only to find out 6 months later that England has terminated the contract! ALSO, AT THE SAME TIME, England is earning $2,500 for the one-week of training as an Agent, which to me was COMPLETELY WORTHLESS ! ! ! I hope that other people thinking of going through the training will READ THIS BEFORE THROWING AWAY $2,500 on training that is NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY!"

"I enjoyed the day to day challenges. My boss was (is) one of the finest men I know. He was considerate and I enjoyed working along side him."

"My office was a little too open to everyone around. I worked in a position were privacy and confidentiality was important."

"hire new managment that has a clue on how to run a company, treat employees and be descent people"

"The opportunity to move up in the company was less then probable. Being a private family owned business it was tough to see a future there."

"The management at CR England was great, I really enjoyed working with them. I learned a lot and can still apply the things I learned then to my professional life today."

"It's a good organization to work for. I think you are treated with more respect if you actually work within the organization -- representing the asset-based side of the company."

"Try to make your sales agents more like part of the team. I always felt like an outsider. Never felt like I was part of the team."

"Think twice, do you homework, and check out other options. many more options out there than you can imagine."

"The cussing by instructors, field trainers, phase trainers, and higher staff. Being lied to and on the road trainers sleeping rather than doing their job, like they told the company they wanted to do."
