"Work on the on-air content. Make it better. Stop putting all energy, attention, and money into sales. It's hard to sell a bad product. Put energy and resources into having a great on-air product and it will be easier to sell."

"Not really, I believe Cox is a great company with many incredible business unit's. If there is a position in the locations that fit's for any individual, then they should do their research about Cox and the business unit and go for it."

What don't you like about working at Cox Enterprises?

"I was disappointed that Cox senior management didn't see the value with our business unit. I feel that placed some inexperience leaders"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Great question, I along with several of my colleagues and my Sales Director did a lot on Monday morning quarterbacking. Overall, I believe the senior Cox Management Team put the wrong leaders in place. In six months after this leadership was in place we lost 42% of our business. The economy wasn't the reason it was change in our delivery."
