"Get rid of the silo mentality, manufacturing and sales work better together."

"Very rewarding - worked on a pre-production product and learned how to use FMEA effectively."

"When the contract work time is completed you will be released."

"It was short term engineering contract work and I would have liked to work there on a permanent basis."

"To allow contract engineers to be able to extend their contract employment provided the service they are giving is very good or better."

"It is a good company to work for because of the working environment. However, if you want to get a promotion in a short period of time, then you may need to reconsider it."

"This is a good company, so I have not found out the disadvantages of it."

"It has very good leadership in Covidien; what I want to suggest is that maybe they can consider international talents when recruiting."
