"This was a disappointing position as there was not enough work assigned to me to fill a day. Additionally, I reported to three separate supervisors and they all sent me to the other supervisors for work to do and it got to the point where everytime I asked for work to do I was bothering them.I do not feel Covidien treats their temp employees very well."

"Actual facility was old and unable to be retrofitted to be lean."

"The freedom that I have to be myself and be successful. I like the fact that I am not micro managed and I am able to do what I need to in order to achieve my goals."

"I think it is too large and still managed like a very old corporation instead of some of the more forward thinking companies I read about."
