"The only thing I would tell others is to be honest in the interviewing and make sure they ask as many questions about the job as possible so they would have a full understanding about the position."

What don't you like about working at Coverall?

"Jani-King had a huge turn over so I never felt like I had job security, no matter how good you were at your job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I feel that the management at Jani-King should be more supportive for the employee's. They should have a open door policy."
