"The interviewing process is easy, be very professional. Brush up on your coding skills if you haven't coded in a while because you will have to take and pass a coding test."

"A lot of the processes my department has in place are unneccessary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe that management needs to be more thorough regarding who they hire as a coder. Knowledge and experience needs to become a must have on the job requirements."
