"Be sure that your position in the company is essential due to all the layoffs, and that if this is a major move for you that you think hard about the companies future. Some top notch people have been laid off, gone through forced retirements, multiple weeks of furloughs, and now rumors of pay cuts and bankruptcy in the future. - Just be very sure of this career move."

What don't you like about working at Courier-Post?

"They were brutal about enforcing all people to come in during state of emergencies when most positions were not essential for such days. Other then that I loved working there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing really - they are facing hard times and need to make hard decisions."
