"I worked for CountryMax for 2 years. My immediate managers were great and coworkers, however, the company pays less than McDonald's (maybe the same, $15) to managers and assistant managers. The company is good but they struggle to meet customer online ordering, and the managers/owners at the main store will not even take a call from an employee. Also, there's a guy sitting on cameras in a different store watching you all day."
